30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to be confident in Armory Compliance. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@armorycompliance.com with your order number and we'll work with Paddle to issue your refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation alone is not a refund — to request a refund inside the 30-day window, follow the steps above.

Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and may cancel at any time before it ends. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically and the 30-day refund window starts on the first paid charge.
